-Oil your pizza pan lightly with olive oil and sprinkle (1) tsp of yellow corn meal on to pan<br />
-Transfer crust to pan<br />
-Brush light layer of olive oil on to crust</p>
<p>-Spead salsa on crust<br />
-Sprinkle on monterey jack and mozzarella<br />
-Sprinkle on sliced black olives<br />
-Sprinkle on chopped green onions<br />
-Sprinkle on chopped jalapeno<br />
-Sprinkle on seasoned cooked ground beef</p>
<p>-cook in a regular oven for approximately 20-25 minutes<br />
-To check lift one side of pizza. You are looking for the bottom to be lightly browned<br />

Famous White Sauce from 1PizzaSecrets.com</strong></p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>1 Cup milk<br />
1/4 Cup butter<br />
2 Tbsp all purpose flour<br />
1 Tbsp white wine<br />
1/4 Tsp salt<br />
1/4 Tsp white pepper<br />
1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper<br />
3-4 cloves fresh chopped garlic<br />
1/8 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning<br />
1/4 Cup parmesan romano cheese blend</p>
<p>Melt butter in a small sauce pan, stir in flour and add milk. Cook for 1-2 minutes add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Continue cooking while whisking until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat add wine, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning and cheese. Mix well allow to cool.</p>
